Molly Prajka is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) in the Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) at Northwestern Medicine. She joined the MFM Diabetes and Pregnancy Program in 2026 and has over four years of clinical experience in diabetes care. Molly provides comprehensive care to patients with gestational, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes throughout pregnancy and postpartum. She is committed to helping patients feel supported, informed and confident in managing their health. |
